Feeding & Safety
Duck Necks are an intermediate raw bone and should only be introduced once your dog is established on a 100% raw diet for at least four weeks and has experience with suitable bone-free chews and beginner bones. Always supervise your dog when feeding raw meaty bones and choose a chew appropriate for your dog's size and experience.
Nature's Menu recommends feeding Duck Necks as a treat 1–3 times a week. They can also be included as part of a home-prepared raw meal. Always feed bones and chews raw, never cooked. Too much bone may lead to constipation.
Storage & Handling
Keep frozen until required. Defrost in the refrigerator overnight or at room temperature for a couple of hours. Once defrosted, store in the fridge and use within 24 hours. Handle raw food hygienically and wash hands, utensils and surfaces thoroughly after handling.
